Fmr. Regional President of Community Banking
Retired from a 40 year career in banking holding numerous sales, sales management and executive leadership positions at BMO and M&I Bank. Michele’s position included duo roles as President of the SE Wis Region for Community Banking and Sr Vice President of Retail Banking providing executive direction to M&I’s 375 banking locations in nine states. The development of leadership and mentoring skills in her sales teams were critical not only to the individual, but to the future of the organizations.
In the past, Michele has been on the Economic Development Commission for the city of Franklin, on the board of directors and the Charitable fund board of Professional Dimensions, on the board of directors for the Wisconsin Arthritis Foundation, on the advisory board of After Breast Cancer Diagnosis and an instructor for the American Institute of Banking.
Michele is married to her husband of 40 years, Gene and has a son, step-son, two daughter-in-laws and 4 amazing grandchildren.
